Gary took us to houses by the dozen and worked with us over many months, doing far more than I would have expected from a realtor. He distributed flyers around a neighbourhood we were interested in, asking whether anyone might be willing to sell. He pointed out flaws in houses that we missed. He was an astute and assiduous negotiator. He wasn’t interested in a quick sale – he was interested in the right sale. And he has promised us homemade Jamaican patties now that we’ve found our new home. What more could you ask for?
One year ago I had the pleasure of retaining Garry Williamson to look for property on my behalf. His diligence, and patience with my search was so appreciated, I never felt any pressure to buy a property or rush a decision, and Gary's honesty and knowledge of the Realty market was exemplary.

When we began looking for a home in Calgary we didn’t know how to find a good realtor. This by itself was a daunting task (though it isn’t now because we know Gary). Inadvertently, we found Gary Williamson. And boy did we get lucky! Gary met with us despite our irregular work schedules, weather complications, and our short notice requests without hesitation-evenings, weekends, and mornings-he always accommodated us. Not only did Gary arrange appointments to all the listings we were interested in, he also took initiative in making other bookings that were similar to our interests (though it was always our choice whether or not we wanted to view these residences). For our first appointments(and all others to follow), he picked us up at our current residence which at the time was located outside of the city limits, he immediately asked questions about our needs and ‘must haves’ in a home. Gary added his suggestions based on his experience on what he thought might be important given our lifestyle. His expertise was a huge asset to us, as his input led us to options/items that we do have in our new home that in hindsight we know we really wouldn’t be happy without. One of those suggestions even led us to the new home market. A scary notion for the both of us before his initiative, as we didn’t think this was within our financial means. To our pleasant surprise, we were mistaken by our previous notions and with Gary on our team we found the perfect new home for the perfect price. We both recognize that without his support and guidance through the home purchasing process we would have paid a much higher price for a home that didn’t suit our needs. What sets Gary apart from other realtors is that he truly cares about his clients well beyond the sale. Our relationship with Gary didn’t end after the contract was signed; he helped us through the entire process from blueprints to the final walk through. He always had our best interest in mind even when it came to the smallest of details that we would have never thought of. Honestly, we’re so very grateful to Gary because we wouldn’t be living in our dream home now. Without hesitation we would recommend Gary to all of our family and friends, he loves his job and it shows by all the time and loyalty he devotes to his clients. Thank you so much Gary!

Gary made buying and building my new home very easy. He found me an amazing deal, and gave me some great advice that made the process simpler, and improved the result.
